Child Welfare Information Gateway - Friends National Resource Center for Community-based Child Abuse Prevention Logic Model Builder Tool Kit:  You can "build" your own logic model for child abuse prevention with your program vision, target population, needs, services, resources and select outcomes, indicators and measurement tools.  http://toolkit.childwelfare.gov/toolkit/
